We designed a new building to relocate the Government Vehicle Supply Directorate. Our task was the complete planning and coordination of a six-storey, innovative parking garage for 430 cars, a repair and maintenance workshop, and an office block.

The primary focus in the architectural design was to ensure the building harmonized with the cityscape. We enhanced the predominantly fiber cement cladding with louvered sunshades and green facades.

Our architects coordinated the assessment of client requirements and managed collaboration and coordination across all disciplines. During the design phase, we conducted in-house BIM model audits and clash detections to ensure the highest quality for the design documentation.
